and then, we we left the room - the presenter is confused as to why their stakeholders aren't more excited to take action or make the decisions they felt needed to be made. and it's all the presenters fault!

They didn't know their audience...

So I've created this template to share with everyone to help show how I do it - the "5 Slides Max" template:

1. Overview

2. Identifying the Problem

3. Presenting Solutions or Options

4. The "Flexible" slide

5. Outlining Next Steps and why you need them!

5 slides maximum to get all of your information across - use this framework and watch your audience be more engaged and leave with clear actionable next steps.
